On Saturday 25th April, William took on the Bob Graham Round – one of the toughest challenges the UK has to offer. He conquered 66 miles, 42 peaks and 27,000 feet in 22 hours and 40 minutes, supported by an amazing crew of pacers, navigators and drivers.
What makes this even more special is our connection to Billy Bland, legendary fell runner and Patron of Flynne’s Barn. Billy held the Bob Graham record for an incredible 36 years, and his jaw‑dropping time of 13 hours 53 minutes is still talked about today. Following in those footsteps made William’s attempt a particularly poignant moment for the charity.
