Lizzie is an experienced educator who knows that we are all capable of great success when we are offered the support and resources we need. For more than 3 decades she has worked in primary education, heading two schools, offering inspirational training through her own consultancy ‘Enliven Education’ and supporting training teachers through the University of Brighton.

She recently founded ‘Regrounding Garden Coaching’ through which she helps people to redesign outdoor spaces whilst gaining the skill they need to become confident gardeners.

Lizzie brings her extensive experience of running schools and other projects to the ongoing development of Flynne’s Barn. She is interested in how the charity can further develop its vision and effectively communicate this to young people who will benefit from the wonderful things that it offers.
